ASH LODGE
Ash Lodge offers a wonderful contemporary living area with all bedrooms having sliding doors opening onto the decking, offering beautiful views over Mallard Lake and beyond.
This ample, 350 square foot, lodge has 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms, an open plan living, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and boot room which will keep all those muddy boots from sight while you relax from the days adventures.
Outside, in addition to the decking, there is a patio area for alfresco dining or sunbathing and a Jacuzzi hot tub for 6 people. There is a lawn area with a path leading down to the lakes. Ample parking for up to three cars, access to the lodge is via 12 steps.
We hope to make your break as stress free as possible. On arrival you will find your beds made up, towels in the bathrooms and essentials such as tea, coffee and milk. You will also find those less glamourous necessities such dishwasher tablets, tea towels, bin bags and loo rolls. A basket of logs, firelighters & matches are also part of the welcome pack.
Living area: wood burning stove, 2 three-seater sofas, large dining table with 6 chairs and 43″ TV with freesat tv & WIFI
Kitchen: fully equipped with an eye level oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge, induction hob, microwave plus kettle and toaster.
Bootroom: Space for coats and boots, tall fridge freezer, washer dryer plus an additional sink.
Bedroom One: Superking zip and lock bed, built in wardrobe, armchair and blackout blinds. Ensuite bathroom with bath & shower.
Bedroom Two: Kingsize zip and lock bed, chest of drawers and black out blinds. Ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom Three: Superking zip and lock bed, wardrobe, armchair and blackout blinds. Ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath.
Well behaved dogs are welcome: The garden area is not totally fenced as we feel it would spoil the view, there are hoops attached to the lodge for long leads. If they are used to having a cuddle on the sofa we ask that you use the throws provided. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms.
Extra items: Iron & ironing board, hair dryer, a large floor fan in the living room and smaller fans in the bedrooms.
Optional extras: Highchair, travel cot, shower chair, toilet chair.
