We hope to make your break as stress free as possible. On arrival you will find your beds made up, towels in the bathrooms and essentials such as tea, coffee and milk. You will also find those less glamourous necessities such as hand soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, bin bags and loo rolls. A basket of logs, firelighters & matches are also part of the welcome pack.

Living area: wood burning stove, 2 three-seater sofas, large dining table with 6 chairs and 43″ TV with freesat tv & WIFI

Kitchen: fully equipped with an eye level oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge, induction hob, microwave plus kettle and toaster.

Bootroom: Space for coats and boots, tall fridge freezer, washer dryer plus an additional sink.

Bedroom One: Superking zip and lock bed, built in wardrobe, armchair and blackout blinds.  Ensuite bathroom with bath & shower.

Bedroom Two: Kingsize zip and lock bed, chest of drawers, black out blinds. Ensuite bathroom with shower and bath.

Bedroom Three: Superking zip and lock bed, wardrobe, armchair and blackout blinds.  Ensuite bathroom with a shower & grab rails.

Well behaved dogs are welcome: The garden area is not totally fenced as we feel it would spoil the view, there are  hoops attached to the lodge for long leads. If they are used to having a cuddle on the sofa we ask that you use the throws provided. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Extra items: Iron & ironing board, hair dryer, a large floor fan in the living room and smaller fans in the bedrooms.
